Matt Lyons is the General Contractor and Founder of Lyons Development, established in 2003. With a reputation for his boutique approach to high-end residential development, Matt specializes in creating luxurious, custom-built homes that prioritize sustainability. His expertise in sustainable building practices and project management ensures every project is executed with precision and care.

Andy Fotsch

Andy Fotsch is the co-founder of Will & Fotsch Architects, known for blending technical expertise with a passion for design. He plays a key role in both architecture and interiors, ensuring a cohesive vision across projects. Brian Will

Brian Will brings a multifaceted background in engineering, business, and architecture. Before co-founding Will & Fotsch Architects, he honed his design and project management skills at top San Diego firms, creating high-end custom homes. Known as the schematic design 'wizard,' Brian excels at crafting efficient, beautiful spaces and leading projects with clarity, creativity, and precision.
